Fresh and easy radish salad
… It’s very obvious and it’s a really good idea this salad for warm days and a super light lunch! Just buy different kinds of really fresh organic radish and cut them into super thin slices. Pour some really good tasting native olive oil on the slices. (The kind of olive oil that is really fruity and quite peppery but not bitter at all.) Then add some fleur de sel and some black pepper and a few splashes of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Serve with real good whole-grain bread – maybe violently toasted. I prefer this sometimes. Really super yummy!
